Oh hai. I used to do a lot of things, among them jeans from North Korea. Today I – we – run Dear Future, more at dearfuture.se. I like comedy and a lot of the nerdy things people growing up in the 90's/early 00's learned to love: faces melting, fantasy, TRUE WWW, rap, etc.

2008 commercial for The Royal Opera

For some reason or other, I was reminded of an old commercial we made for The Royal Opera in Stockholm in December, 2008. A cover of the super classic WWW clip “Nintendo 64 Kid”, to promote the ballet The Nutcracker. Made on zero budget but with lots of will, it’s still pretty funny – though almost all things pitched down super (s)low are funny (as made evident in the MEGA GENIUS show Delocated). So. Yeah. 

P.S. my favorite part is the probably- not-as-subtle-as-we-thought transition from “ja! ja!” to “aj! aj!”
